Love Gables Seaport - and you will too!
I absolutely love living at Gables Seaport! The staff here are truly the nicest—always so kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They go above and beyond to create a warm and inviting environment, which makes such a difference in day-to-day life. The amenities are top-notch, providing everything you need for comfort and convenience. Plus, the location is fantastic! Being right next to a T stop with direct access to South Station (a major travel hub) makes commuting a breeze. There are tons of great food options nearby, and having Trader Joe’s just a few blocks away is super convenient—it may be small, but it gets the job done! Overall, it’s a wonderful place to live, and I couldn’t be happier here!
Disappointing
They lose packages consistently and so far I have only been offered excuses and no real solutions. You are required to pay a $30 fee for a package storage service that no one uses. I was also lied to about the cost of parking, which the leasing agent didn’t know. But they probably should have said they didn’t know rather than making up an answer to sway me to sign a lease. Also the dryer in unit doesn’t work. I was told I would receive an email explaining how to use it. Never received said email. The night time and weekend concierges are dismissive and come across as rude. If I had known about the 30 day satisfaction guarantee, I probably would have moved out in that time frame.
Great location
I have been living in Gables for two years, and what I love most about it is the convenient location especially with the silver line that goes straight to the airport. As a frequent traveler, this is one of the best perks that Gables offers.
Simply Incredible
We have lived in this community for around 6 months and it simply has been an incredible experience and easily the favorite place that we have lived. The location is perfect as it is in the heart of Seaport but in a much more quiet area. This allows to enjoy all of the benefits of living in Seaport without any of the drawbacks(like noise). The views are incredible and the apartments themselves are top notch. However, what truly sets this complex apart is the team that supports the building. From the front-office to the front desk to the maintenance crew, they truly put their hearts and soul into this building and it truly shows. I cannot think of anywhere else I would want to live.
Super clean, amenity building in seaport, great community
Gables is an above average amenity building in a superb location next to 2 parks and one nlock backnfrom the water. Rent is reasonable for thenSeaport location. Super clean, very reaponsive maintenance and management. The people are nice and range in age from young to older. Lots of animal lovers and hosted bimonthly building events. Outdoor space, office space, pool and gym. When construction is complete next door this will be an even more saleable location.
