Nice apartment, but noisy.

Lived here for 4 years! love the apartment, but the apartment is quite noisy, and calling the concierge to make neighbors quiet down doesn’t really work. Packages are lost from time to time and reappear sometime later in the month. Personally, I think that the package system could improve. The location is great! 20 minutes walk from Newbury st/ Prudential and has target & star right across.

Review

Parking: way too expensive. Amenities: on average once a month something has to be fixed. Usually temporizing maneuvers. For example, toilets don't flush properly and every month or so require maintenance. No long term fix. Just temporizing maneuvers. Same thing w AC. Pay over 4K in rent for that... Maintenance is nice and always responsive to all these requests but still, pay 4K for maintenance needs and temporizing maneuvers. Staff nice. Value good if working in the area. Location excellent. Noise exists. Biggest complaint: price way too high, lots of maintenance requests needed, and parking way way way too expensive. They also raise rent prices every year and nothing changes in that year - as in yorue not getting anything more or less, just paying more.

Great place!

I have been studying in the US since 2008. This apartment is the best residence that I have encountered so far. Great people, great units, generally excellent.
