Needs some attention.

Have been waiting for two years for my bathroom to be remodeled, tub doesn't drain the back wall of the tub is still not fixed, the whole bathroom needs to be redone, I have been going to other places to take baths, rec center, friends, sister's house, Please have the tub reglazed and/or fixed, new floor in the bathroom, back wall of bathroom fixed, kitchen needs a disposal.

My bill is still messed up

No one will help me. I have many problems with my bill I have tried and tried and tried to resolve and no one can be bothered to help me. Plus my daughter was disabled temporarily in a car accident. She fell on the stairs in the building because they refused to make accommodations to help her. They are straight up slum lords.
