This appartment was small for what it cost but everything was renovated. When we moved in there was sticky resedie on the walls that we had to use goo gone but otherwise the apartment was cleaned well before move in. Our two gripes were with the amount of time it took to get maintnece in to fix our garabage disposal and the other dogs on the property. The shared patio constantly had dogs, most of their owners did not watch them. They were peeing on the patio and if the glass door to my apartment was open with the screen door closed the dogs would run to the screen and bark at whatever they saw. When cooking the fire alarms would go off because of how small our apartment was but that is with most apartments. The AC was the best ive ever had, it would keep the apartment so cold even with all of the windows. Over all we got what we paid for. Though if you dont have a brand new car or an easily stolen one it will be a target regardless if you park on the street or in the garage. My car was broken into by my keyhole with i had to replace and my boyfriends car was attempted stollen twice to which we had to relplace his whole stearing collum. Neither of which were the apartments fault, just the area the apartment is located. Perks of living off of colfax.

Slow management to respond in general, my bike was stolen out of the locked bike room and a couple unfriendly neighbors, Mostly an ok place to live

My only complaints would be Colfax and the walls aren't insulated enough you can hear your neighbors. I do miss having a pool as well, but this is a really nice building and great value for the price.

The parking garage is a nice option here because of the seedy part of town. The brick factory across the street is dusty and pretty noisy. They do force you to pay for trash valet even though I don't use it, I take my own trash out. The halls usually smell like a dumpster because people are lazy and let their heeps of trash fester in the hall. The fire pit on the shared patio are nice, I go out there do decompress in the evenings. Its a dog friendly community but there is only 2 small strips of grass here. There are parks near by however.

Okay location, but close to Sloans lake. You live off of colfaxc that brings its own problem's. Very nice apartments, with a secure parking garage. Friendly place to live.
