My only complaints would be Colfax and the walls aren't insulated enough you can hear your neighbors. I do miss having a pool as well, but this is a really nice building and great value for the price.

Its nicr snd cozy and comfortable for my needs.

The parking garage is a nice option here because of the seedy part of town. The brick factory across the street is dusty and pretty noisy. They do force you to pay for trash valet even though I don't use it, I take my own trash out. The halls usually smell like a dumpster because people are lazy and let their heeps of trash fester in the hall. The fire pit on the shared patio are nice, I go out there do decompress in the evenings. Its a dog friendly community but there is only 2 small strips of grass here. There are parks near by however.

Okay location, but close to Sloans lake. You live off of colfaxc that brings its own problem's. Very nice apartments, with a secure parking garage. Friendly place to live.

So far I have only lived here a few months. I've had a few issues. First is the shared patio, It was very nice until people started moving into the other units. There is now walls up in two of the units that are located on the second floor. One is a fence to prevent people from coming in the 30 cubic feet closest to their door. The others have patio chairs blocking "their" portion as well. I was not told we could essentially block off the small portion at our sliding door but I use the fire pits so for me to prevent someone else from using the full space of the amenities seems rude. There are also consistently dogs who are set free on the shared patio to pee or do their business wherever off their leash. Other than that the patio is very nice. When I moved here they said they had an "on-site" maintenance so everything would be done within 24 hours. This is not the case, I have waited up to one week on a washer repair in the past. I am currently waiting past one week for them to fix my garbage disposal even after calling the office. The tour guide Antonio also said there was a one-time payment for parking which was $50 instead of the actual $60 monthly payment. Once you move in you should clean, I had sticky spots on my walls and carpet that were not visible until touched or made visible by dust. Otherwise, I love the location and the look of the apartment.
