I have lived here since 2018 and have witnessed a severe decline in the maintenance and management of our apartment complex. When I first moved here, this place was privately owned, very well maintained, and the management was very responsive to whatever issues the residents were having. That lasted a few years, and then Parker apartments were sold to a corporation. That is when the problems started, and they have gotten worse. Now we are paying additional fees to our rent in order to maintain the common area, collect trash, all kinds of miscellaneous charges, yet everything is deteriorating. For example: appliances are not fixed or replaced, the snow isn't shoveled or plowed, the grass is not mowed, apartments sit empty for months. It is really sad to see this place turning into a dump. Needless to say, I will be moving out next year; I'm tired and frustrated with this situation we are living in.

This is a quiet property; I have enjoyed my first 2 weeks. Maintenance is great and fast. Landscaping could use help but its winter. All in all, the units are very well refurbished and comfortable.

I have lived here for over 8 years, and I have seen a lot of deterioration. Our rates are constantly increasing, but no improvements are being made. I have no idea where the money is going. I recently received an email stating that our common area fee will be increased by $15.00 and I am wondering why. We have potholes in our parking lot, we have a broken-down clothes washer in the laundry room. My neighbors have complained about plumbing problems, but no one has even come by to fix them. I moved here because it was an affordable place to live, and the original owner did a great job maintaining all the units. Whenever there was a problem, it was fixed immediately, and the owner/manager really cared about the residents here. That has changed completely, and I am not sure that I will stay here much longer.
