Cedar west apartments
Great location! Close to nice parks and shopping. The building itself is older but well maintained.
Clean, well maintained and good value
Cedar West is well taken care of and offers nice apartments for a good price. I've lived here for 3 years and would recommend it.

Great location with management that cares about their tenants!
Stinks
You will smell marijuana everyday. At least four of the tenants are heavy pot users. I would not recommend this place for children.
