The owners will price you out. Our rent has gone up $100-$200 per year since we moved in. This complex and the other complexes in the area are apparently in a rent war, and we are the ones paying the price. At what point will this company stop and say thank you for staying with us, and allow us to keep our home.

It's kind of a feeling of mixed emotions, While I love the staff in the office, I kind of have mixed feeling on a few things. MY biggest complaint is on the Main entrance into the apartments. There was some drastic renovations to the apartments and we had a new security system to which we could let our guest in or order food get our packages. Which was great, something happened with the security system to where I can no longer give my code access to enter I have to use my key at all times, I used to be able to get my food or packages, I was able to give my friends an family a code. At any rate the door downstairs has been sitting unrepaired and there is no excuse for it.

I've been living here for 8 years and have seen a lot of changes. Maintenance handles requests pretty promptly for the most part. My only complaints would be the ant issue we have every summer and that it's been 3 years since the downstairs locks have been not repaired and do not have a code.
