Better Than Belmar

I've been here for nearly 2 months. I'm surprised at the lack of noise considering that everyone here has pets. Been living comfortably in my studio apartment, and the rent is manageable. I got my parking permit way sooner than I was expecting, and the staff has been spectacular. Maintenance told me to expect regular power outages, but there has only been one 1hr outage so far. My neighbors have been making some noise, but the fan/AC system in my apartment drowns it out. I'm also using the gym nearly every day, and I love that it's so clean all the time. My dishwasher has a nasty smell if I haven't run it in a while. Not sure if that's a clog, but the filter on the bottom doesn't have anything in it.

Need for Improvement

There needs to be a lot of emprovement with building maintenance as the elevator has been out for months, and it takes awhile for work requests to be completed. The parking situation is also very bad for guests.

Nice area, no cell service

This is a nice building with a great dog park. Despite being a suburb just outside of Denver, this is a dead zone for both AT&T and Verizon. You will need really good internet to make up for that. Unfortunately you can hear noise through the bathroom venta but the walls seem fairly sound proof. There are not nearly enough parking spots. It is beyond me why a garage was mot built rather than the current lot and freestanding garages.
