Safe and Quiet

This is a pretty good apartment. Rates are getting high everywhere but I was able to secure a good deal on my place. It's quiet, clean and safe, even though there are dogs all over. Impressive! The staff also host occasional community events, with free food and drinks.

Love the dog park!!

Great staff here at West Line Flats! Very convenient to the W Line & Downtown Denver, plus easy access to highways. Super quiet & lowkey neighborhood and my dog is loving the private dog park!

Better Than Belmar

I've been here for nearly 2 months. I'm surprised at the lack of noise considering that everyone here has pets. Been living comfortably in my studio apartment, and the rent is manageable. I got my parking permit way sooner than I was expecting, and the staff has been spectacular. Maintenance told me to expect regular power outages, but there has only been one 1hr outage so far. My neighbors have been making some noise, but the fan/AC system in my apartment drowns it out. I'm also using the gym nearly every day, and I love that it's so clean all the time. My dishwasher has a nasty smell if I haven't run it in a while. Not sure if that's a clog, but the filter on the bottom doesn't have anything in it.
