Overall, just okay. The apartment I moved in to still needs quite a bit of work on a number of smaller things that frankly should have been addressed before I moved in. And the stench from the apartment below mine is getting tiring

Staff is the worst part

Theyll act like youre inconveniencing them when youre trying to get answers or clarity. Every resident ive spoken with has little to no working AC, standing water in their dishwashers, and the most poorly maintained lawn/landscaping youve ever seen

When I moved in 3 years ago this place was ran exceptionally well. Since Edge 26 took over it has been nothing short of a nightmare. They promised to install washers and dryers into the units. They started the rough in last September and have since done nothing, leaving plumbing parts at my front door and an open ventilation hole into my apartment for over 7 months. Every time I call, they just say that they're still working on the project. One of the main reasons I moved here was that I could keep two cars. They recently implemented a parking permit system assuring that you can add an additional car. The system doesn't let you add an additional car and property management doesn't seem to think it's their problem that their permit system doesn't work after a brief phonecall with them.
