Love our top floor space.

We have lived here for a year and a half. I love the access to the parks, quick drive to mountains, walkability to a few shops. I love our top floor space and it's been pretty quiet overall. The price of our apartment shot up last year and we, unfortunately, will likely move if it increases again - so affordability is the one issue. It also would be nice if they maintained the hot tub over the winter, our old building kept that open year-round.

Good Place

This complex is not the newest and some of the things in the apartment really show it. Not an over all bad place to live. Leasing office is super friendly and have been helpful with any concerns or issues that needed maintenance.

Amenities and rent increase

The apartment is fine other than a lot of older things not working properly. The pool (one reason we moved here) just opened up and when I asked if it will stay open longer since it's opening more than half way into the season, no one seems to have any answers for anything. The fact that pool keys were made and handed out after the pool was open also was insane and completely inefficient. Now we are gifted with an inappropriate amount of a rent increase. I do not appreciate the lack of communication all around.

Home sweet home

I really like the environment, right across the street from a beautiful park, right behind is also a nice trail and plenty of nature! I love the remodeled floors, spacious rooms, quiet neighborhood and the comfortability! The leasing office staff are really sweet and helpful! 10/10
