Nice community if it wasn't for the stench of weed

This is a nice community. The noise isn't bad where my unit is. The pool areas can get loud. There is a serious problem with people smoking even though this is a non-smoking building. These people need to be evicted for breaking the rules no one should have to smell second hand smoke and be put at risk for cancer. Otherwise the common areas are kept up. The parking garage needs to be swept more. The office area is very dark and not friendly environment to get work done so it would be great if it was made more modern. Hot tubs are not hot that needs to be corrected since other buildings have a working hot tub. I appreciate the security that is put into the building. It's also great that these guys are in the office so i feel like i can easily get a hold of someone and adds a sense of security.
