Satisfied resident of four years
I moved into this property during Covid and got locked into a really wonderful rate for a two bedroom apartment. I love this community a lot. It’s always really well kept the maintenance is very attentive and fixes any issues promptly. The front staff is always accommodating and friendly. The gym and small but it has just what it needs for a good work out and it’s never too busy. The pool and Jacuzzi is always clean and it’s never too overcrowded. It’s a dog friendly community and there are plenty of trash bags around the complex. I would say the only thing that could be improved as the parking the tandem parking spaces are really narrow and there is not ample parking for guests, and I’ve seen a lot of cars get towed, including my own once. As far as the noise level goes, the walls are pretty thin and I live by a walkway and I can often hear people talking as they walk by but I’ve gotten used to it and it’s not that bad.. the residents that live here are pretty calm and I don’t see a lot of chaos. Young kids are wild parties going on. I love that it’s in walking distance of the village and it’s in a nice neighborhood!

I reviewed the property when i moved in. Now ove been here over two years and it continues to be a great place to live. Maintenance is wuick to respond, residents are diverse but overall keep to themselves, theres always space at the pool or the gym, and i truly love my apartment.
Great quiet community
I’ve lived here for over four years now and I have had a pretty good experience so far. The guest parking is limited, and the tandem residence spots are very narrow, And they turn off the building water a lot For repair but other than that the place as well maintained, the staff was friendly, and the neighbors are respectful.. maintenance is always very responsive and quick to finish jobs.
