Feel really dishearten with property managers. Martin is helpful but the property managers have not and many tenants feel unsupported.

Laundry room washer and dryers are always breaking down. The garage remote works rarely. Property manager is not understanding tenant needs.

Having lived at The Ivy for six years now, I can confidently say that it's an unparalleled value, especially in Sherman Oaks. Throughout my time here, Jovan, the property manager, has consistently provided exceptional service. His attentiveness, kindness, and prompt handling of maintenance orders have made living here a breeze. Additionally, the friendly atmosphere among neighbors and the absence of noise issues across the building have truly made The Ivy feel like home. Overall, after six years of wonderful experiences, I have no plans of moving anytime soon. The Ivy is truly a gem in Sherman Oaks, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone in search of a comfortable and welcoming community.
