Rent too high for current amenities

Due to the covid crisis, the building rent in general has gone down. Makes sense, a lot of amenities are not open. But current residents are almost being looted on their current lease. The building doesn't offer all the amenities, gives out the same floor plan at a much cheaper price, but doesn't give any form of rent reduction for current residents even if they have other financial hurdles. Speaks millions about corporate management which runs the building, just out to recoup building costs, not like the good landlords who give rent rebates. Left a bad taste.
