the property is very clean, every time I get out of the elevator, I can literally smell the fabuloso. Management is amazing. They are so helpful and so kind the amenities spaces are also always very clean especially the gym and community room! The rooftop is definitely the main attraction and I love it is sectioned off so you have your room a space. I feel like the property is very quiet. I don’t have any issues with hearing my neighbors. The building is very secure. there is always a security guard down in the front and you have to use a fob to get every where which adds an extra layer of Security. I have never had any plumbing/flooding or any issues with any of my supplies in my house. All of my neighbors are very neighborly in passing!! I love my home!

I am enjoying living here. Michele and Isaiah (who I've heard has left) have been extremely helpful in the entire leasing process. Helped get deals/concessions too.

I've lived here for just 2 months and i have no complaints at all. It's quiet, neighbors are friendly, and they keep it very clean. The leasing agents are very friendly. The apartments are nice and spacious. I really can say I enjoy living here.

- Cool location but feel sketched out with the amount of out of towners that are in and out of the building due to Airbnbs(?) I believe. - Want to host people on the rooftop but no bottles/smoking policy makes amenities sort of feel pointless. Should be done on a lottery/appointment basis and if clean up is not sufficient then the tenant gets dinged or something - Wish Elevator 3 didn't break so much - Great staff!
