Comfy living space with some flaws

I have lived in this residence for a little over two years now and it is a comfy living space with some nice amenities. Having a garage and quality washer and dryer really go a long way. The kitchen is also quite nice. The building itself shows its age sometimes though in things such as the second story floor boards and stairs having uneven or depressed spots. The immediate neighbors are nice and accommodating, however, some of the residents of the adjacent apartment complex have their issues including weekly screaming matches/fights at 1am and consistently parking their cars in the middle of the shared alleyway. Overall, its worth the money but just barely. I feel if the rent were any higher it would be extremely difficult to justify the price given the issues.

I love our place, however we have faced some challenges. Management could be better at reaponding and fixing things. Our dishwasher does not work and still hasnt been fixed. Whenever theres an inspection, you will be notified only hours before. Besides the hiccups with management, everything else is great.
