Not too bad

Parking is my only concern here. Not too many available spots out front or even inside when there seems to be unoccupied spots for those interested in paying for an extra spot. Neighborhoods nearby have signs where you can’t park there. Noise is based on the unit you live in. Definitely a lot of kids playing throughout the grounds. Amenities are actually good. The apartment itself is nice, and maintenance is on top of resident’s needs (in my case at least).

Living at Whiffletree Apartments

I am so thankful to live here. The people who work here are friendly. Such a clean & peaceful community with people from all parts of the world. I hope the yearly raise for rent will be lower next year .. only CA % cost of living increase.

Edinger, always busy with traffic, not enough parking, rent is not worth it, better apartments elsewhere for cheaper.
