Wanted to give a shout out to Ed-Lena for all of her help from the tour, the application process, and move-in. Dee was very nice the few times I interacted with her but I’ve spent most of my time working with Ed-Lena. I work in property management and customer service goes a long way. I had a few maintenance items come up during the move-in and they were all addressed same day or early next day. The maintenance guys, Adam & Jason, have been so nice and courteous. Most of my neighbors all introduced themselves when I got my keys and started moving in, everyone has been so kind that I’ve interacted with. It’s quiet more often than not, the landscape is so well maintained, and I’m loving this place more each day.

Whiffle Tree is on point with the landscaping, the cleanliness and all the rest of the amenities. I just upgraded from a one bedroom to a two bedroom and it was the smoothest process ever. I just signed another year at Whiffle Tree because of the Ladies in the office and the Maintenance Team that fixes everything in my apartment. I look forward to making my stay here longer but only if Dee, Ed-Lena, Veronica, Jason and Adam are still here. Two thumbs up for this place and 5 Stars for everything else!
