It's Not all about covid
Parking is very limited and if you want spot you need to pay $40 a month more just for a basic car cover not even a carport with storage or to block out any rain, wind or blown leaves, etc. Amenities are currently very limited thanks to covid, and we pay for those because rent is increased yearly no matter what the outside world has to deal with so right now I feel we have no amenities. Maintenance staff is great and on top of repairs, however, management should be more people (senior) friendly and upfront. Example would be latest trash strike, tenants were not advised the best way to handle dumpster overload. Also seniors need companionship and that is very lacking here as some tenants seem to get in trouble for even meeting together outside

Parking is awful. Better since I got permanent space but hard to maneuver when large vehicles stay parked right behind mine in visitor area. Need dedicated parking for large trucks and vehicles elsewhere. Also need more laundry areas on each floor and perhaps trash pickup available for mobility limited residents (like is done at timeshares) leave at specified time and each floor location like a trash closet to be picked up by maintenance personnel and disposed of.
