Fair Deal

Overall its a similar rate to sinilar properties. Noise level isnt bad although there are reaidents with dogs that bark excessively. Although it is a nonsmoking community (which I love) my brand new neighbor smokes and goes off property to a city sidewalk to smoke, which is unfortunately about 15 feet from my front door. So no more doors or windows open for me.

Unsanitary dog park and stations

The dog park needs to be sprayed for fleas. Also needs to be maintained at least once a week. Dogs are starting to have skin realted health issues because the park is so unsanitary. We havent had poop bags available for over a month and a half. The poop station trash hasnt been cleared and reeks with foul odor. People need to start being held liable for not picking up after their pets. People and pets are stepping in waste and tracking into their house.
