This establishment ought to be referred to as "Misery Manor". I will NEVER endorse this complex for the following reasons: -The "onsite" manager is unresponsive to significant concerns and exhibits a negative attitude towards males. -They provide ZERO amenities. There is no pool, sauna, or recreational area for children. -There is a persistent odor of feces and urine throughout the complex. -They impose charges for your own designated parking space. -They contractually obligate you to pay for their variable water bill (which increases every time there is a plumbing issue not related to the units). - It is a constant turnover of tenants. The complex consists of outdated military barracks that have been hastily covered with inexpensive paint, cabinets, and linoleum to disguise mold, poor plumbing and uneven flooring. There are individuals behaving erratically at all hours, shouting outside, and there is ongoing police presence. Avoid this place like the plague.

Property manager is very nice. Personable and takes the time to know his tenants. He's very quick to resolve any issues.

I love leaving here. The problem is the parking. We need to get parking sticker. Ther is a white pick up truck that has not moved in 10 weeks. Also ther are about 3 to four large pick up trucks that are longer thant parking space. makes it hard to get i and out. Also these truck bakc in and their exhaust pipes faces our window. smells great with all the smoke coming in. Please give us stickers so only residents park in the area,
