Veru clean well maintained community. Great location. Friendly staff . Only complaint is the parking situation and laundry rooms arent 24 hours
Clean Green Apartment
Big trees, rolling grass, and well-maintained gardens surround these apartments. It is relatively quiet but bustles with youthful renters. The pool, jacuzzi, and gym have all been recently renovated. Some appliances are old and water damage in cabinets has not been tended to or replaced. Expect construction noise due to the current parking lot renovation.
