I consider myself very fortunate to find an apartment as great as mine! I love the location and the apartment is the perfect amount of space to share with a roommate. The value here is unmatched and it is the first apartment that I have lived in that I would want to spend many years living in. The grounds are well maintained and everyone is very nice. Everyone seems to keep to themselves, which I prefer. I love this place and I plan on staying as long as possible.

Overall, the apartment is great! 2 bed 2 bath for the price, you probably wont find anything similar. I would call it quaint and looks great when decorated with a personal touch. Less than 5 minute drive from the water.

I move around alot and have experienced many different apartment communities, but I have never felt more at home than at Beach Way Apartments. I have fully enjoyed my experience here and I intend to live here for many years to come. The community is peaceful and the neighbors have a passing acquaintance with one another. Forest, the manager, is friendly and attentive to the needs of the community. The apartments are spacious and perfect for living with your family or with a roommate. You have everything included in the apartment, except a refrigerator and you may want to invest in a portable A/C. There are no real amenities to the community, except the laundry and garages, which is awesome. Who wants to pay extra for things that never get used? The location is ideal, everything you need is within walking distance. With the best location attraction being the beach, being a short distance away. Beach Way Apartments gave me the opportunity to stop looking and start living.
