Hidden Gem

The Sandpointe has been a great place to live. There is a great sense of community with all the residents that live here. The property is well taken care of and the maintenance issues have all been resolved quickly. Most if the time they are taken care of the same day. Our doggo loves this neighborhood and we have found the apartments to be very dog friendly. Doggy approved for sure! The location of the Sandpointe is local to a lot of great dining and shopping here in Huntington Beach. This is a great place to live! I highly recommend it!

Great Location & price but ALOT of noisy dogs & parking wars

Great location and price but ALOT if dogs which are very noisy and tend to get aggressive with each other. Dog owners never put the dogs on a leash and Im constantly guarding my kids from being approached and barked at at our own front door while the dogs owners are 20 feet away and lauging at the situation. That is not safe. Management should have a sign where dogs must be leashed. Then theres the parking wars with the guests spots in the parking lot. Two renters claimed thats their spot and that they pay extra to park there. Management has not confirmed if this is true or hit. . If its not there should be signage stating that its guest parking. Also we have had a severe amount of ants in the kitchen, bedriom, and bathroom upon moving in. We have notified maintenance and he said he would tell management. We have not heard from management.
