This is an older property w great friendly staff. It's pretty quiet around here and from what I've encountered people watch out for each other here. It's a good distance from medical center and schools. Runs at a good price for good space.

Walnut hill Apartments is a great place to live. Management is very professional and helpful. We have been here for 5yrs and have not one complaint. Work orders are answered. Management enforces all policies. If your looking for an apartment Walnut Hill Apartments is the place to live.

I like it because everyone looks out for each other.
We had been looking for another apartment because we lived upstairs at our other place and was time to move as we are both senior citizens and were looking for one downstairs. Right away when we walked into the office, we noticed the staff WERE cheerful, kind, and they listen to us and told them what we were looking for. They took us to the apartment and show us the area. We fell in love with the scenery and ask them when we can move in, and we were informed about the details, and they would let us know. As of now the staff and maintenance crew have been great. When we have some issues, we fill out a maintenance report, turn it in and within a day our issue is taken care of. We love this place very much. I recommend this place to whomever is interested in seeing trees all around the complex. THANKS TO THE STAFF AND MAINTENANCE CREW.

Friendly staff. Ms. Cat was awesome. Property nice, very clean, and quiet. My unit is ugraded and i love it. I have the 700+ square foot. Very spacious
I’ve lived here for 2 years and I hate that I have to move due to certain situations...but overall this apartment complex is awesome. Great staff especially Mrs. Nikki if you ever need help she is your lady! Great location to all highways you are literally smack middle of everything. Maintenance is always on point every time I needed a work order it was done the same day! I would highly recommend the place to anyone! Keep up the amazing work.
So far has been a very easy process with getting everything set up to move in, staff has been such sweethearts
