Why Renters Love It Here

Low-Key rentals

I spend a lot of time out on the road for my job, but while I am here I feel safe and secure in my apartment. There's a few finishing touches the apartment could beg to be overhauled, such as new weather strips and cabinet hinges, but overall I am fairly satisfied and comfortable. My neighbors are active maybe around 8:30-9:00 a.m. and they keep pretty quiet most of the day and night. My apartment is on the back of the complex so the parking is very low key and I haven't had any problems there. So far I have only seen the gates closed once before 9 pm, and the app allowed me to open them quickly. I only wish I could meet my neighbors more but that's an issue with my work schedule, not them.

Don't waste time

Walked through property with leasing girl and it wasn't good and she knew it. The smell of pot in the air and I chose to look at the laundry rooms after reading reviews... Not good either. One reviewer said to talk to residents you see and ask them about the real deal there so I asked. They aren't renewing their leases and I decided to move elsewhere. I didn't feel like it was a safe place or would trust that my car wouldn't be stolen in the middle of the night or at least vandalized.
