So far so good. Maintenance came out promptly and the maintenance man was polite. Gerry in the office was very friendly and helpful.

Great place to call home

If you are looking to lease at biltmore park apartments please do not hesitate to make this property your new home. I had a few hurdles when first moving in but the ladies in the office especially Onika and Bonnie made sure i was happy. The welcoming i received was outstanding especially coming from another state they worked with me as i worked with them and we got the job done. If you are looking for a home look no further i love my townhome its spacious and just feels so homey, if you have any issues Maintenace is on it the same day overall the community is great.
