Safe, friendly and convenient .

My wife and I are going on four years living here at Waters at Elm Creek apartments and I must say, it's been great. Maintenance does remedy any matters that may arise in a timely manner. Be it an emergency or non-emergency. Any attention to the presents of pest will be schedule immediately with pest control to be taken care of (within the time we have lived here we have had to alert the office of pest, I believe, two or three times. Not bad at all.) The staff has always treated my wife and I with respect and kindness. We love the wooded area on the other side of the black wrought iron fence. The view outside of our windows is absolutely beautiful, especially during the spring and fall seasons, and we love that there are deer that pass by ever so often. Beautiful. Parking at times, may be scarce, however is not an issue as far as I am concerned. Really, scarce is an exaggeration. There is parking not so far from our building always.

Absolute love it here

This will be my 3rd year with the waters at elm creek and I love this apartment complex. I’ve never experienced such compassion as a tenant. They recently hosted a resident appreciation week and it was so thoughtful!

Maintenance is awesome

Apartments are really nice, new staff is great they donthere best in accommodating you. Kristy is awesome. Tiara is quick to respond with anything you need. The manager Victoria is understanding and always give her undivided attention.
