I have lived in Somerset apartments for 6years and i still enjoy living there. i have had the chance to interact with good staff/maintenance.

For the most part very enjoyable. It is kind of like junior high where there are clicks and different rules apply to different people. Depends on staff buddies. To many dogs kind of taking over all area and not properly trained.

It's a great community with great people. However, Dominium is not a great company. They will raise the rent to the max of whatever HUD sets.

Kris was very helpful during my application process. very responsive, communication was excellent. Complex cleanness is a plus,

We have lived here almost 3 years. The Staff and residents are both great. Maintenance moves very quickly and efficiently.

We have lived here 3 months and really enjoy it. The people weve met are friendly.

The Eagan Place apartments are a wonderful place to live! They are in a great location; close to lots of shopping places. The apartments are spacious and are great since the renovations that took place. The staff is very friendly and responds quickly to maintenance issues.

A good place to live in. Close to the highways, plenty of places to dine out, parks within a short walk or drive, quiet. The staff here are amazing. Maintenance always attended to promptly.

You will not regret signing a lease with Campbell Properties. Ive been at Cedar Ridge for 6 years. All the residents treat each other with respect, maintenance and staff are very good. Renting cost is always going up, but Campbell is very affordable in this economy. Great for dog and cat owners, great starter home for couples, and or raising a child. It is quiet, safe, clean and no crazy parties.

I have live here for 5 yrs and its nice an quiet and management is great. You feel right at home

I just moved here in April and I love it! Everything is updated, it's quiet, great amenities, and the staff are wonderful.

I hope you all have a blessed Easter! This noise and parking is really difficult. Bader’s progressive planning comes with a price for me. I know none of you is responsible and your fielding the difficulty I am experiencing but the noise starts extremely early and it is loud. It’s Summer and I have to keep the windows closed??. Walking across the street and not being able to park on my own property due to wanting 100.00 off because I am not getting what I actually signed up for doesn’t seem fair and reasonable. It makes me feel disappointed. I should be able to get 100.00 off my rent and be able to park on my property so I feel safe at least, for all the inconvenience going forward for a long summer. The staff and location are the best! Beautiful building architecture.

I've just moved here and so far, I'm very impressed with the cleanliness of the building and the friendly neighbors. I love how quiet it is in my unit and how soundproof it is as well. All who have come to visit my apartment love the layout and all the spacious closet space that this unit has. I have had several people inquire on how they can move here, hopefully they will succeed.

I love it here! The Cambric is centrally located on the East Side. It is easy to get to the freeway or downtown. It is a great location.

It is great! Parking is excellent and maintenance is responsive.

Location and price for this place is good. Management has been doing a good job communicating and helping those in need of assistance. I love the underground parking. Especially, for winter. ??. It’s close to everything, I can’t complain. My insurance went down $400. Yays! ??

I have lived here about 14 years. The managemnt is very good and does a good job dealing with issues that come up. I like them.
