All the residents treat each other with respect, maintenance and staff are very good. Renting cost is always going up, but Campbell is very affordable in this economy. Great for dog and cat owners, great starter home for couples, and or raising a child. It is quiet, safe, clean and no crazy parties.

I love my apartment, the building, the grounds, the staff, CommonBond in general, and the site location. I can do everything I need, either with or without a car. The building has terrific tenants and we (CommonBond and tenants) maintain it well. I love our gardens (fantastic amenity) and the fact that we are pet friendly. I could not ask for anything better. As a matter of fact, many neighbors assume that this is a condo building!
