the parking is really hard

One of the biggest challenges at my apartment complex is the lack of parking. There are not enough designated parking spots for residents, which often leaves tenants struggling to find a place to park their vehicles. Guest parking is also a major issue. There are no clearly designated spots for visitors, making it difficult for guests to find parking when they come over.

The building location is great, NOISEY right next the the Railroad tracks front & back trains are running all day and night. Fire station block away, fire sirens all day and night. One $150 parking spot per unit indoors, extended $50 outdoors gated parking block away. Overall, Clean, great, and nice neighbors. Amazon lockers, mailroom, Easy excess to shopping, train, downtown MOA and airport.
