I really love the location. The pool. The 24 access to the gym and locker room and hot tub. The grounds are beautifully kept with 4 firepit/grill areas with beautiful furniture and flowers. The dog park is great and there are poop bag stations provided throughout! I have a 1st floor with a fenced yard for my dog and pay for a garage(worth it). They do fun get together monthly. Everything is clean and my apartment is great. My only complaint is that they raise it every renewal and it is now to the point where my friend has a 3 bedroom house for what I now pay for a 1 bedroom w/office style!! I wished they rewarded tenants that stayed.
I have had no issues since movein anything we have needed done they have been on it and gotten it taken care of. Very nice hammocks and dog park and firepit and gym great location for right off highway and stores nearby

The Township Apartment Homes, is probably the nicest and most understanding apartment complex I’ve lived at. I moved in to a 2 bed 1.5 bath townhome and have only lived here for a little over a month but have loved it ever since. I’ve only had one issue which was when ever it would rain the kitchen would (not flood) but get water in it. The maintenance team has always responded back within an hour of receiving the work order and always shows up immediately after the phone call. During this whole COVID-19 outbreak I was out of work for a week and then the following week my work had messed up my paycheck due to the pandemic. So I had to pay my rent 2 weeks late but the Township management team has been understanding and helpful in every way possible and have waived the late fees. I have amazing neighbors who actually want to be friendly every time they see you and all in all I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND The Township to anyone. A little on the pricier side but definitely worth it for the area, the team at the township, and the apartment it’s self. Sean and Maria have been amazing and helpful through the move in process as well as the delayed rent issue and waving the late fees. Thank you guys!
