What others love about this property:
Great affordable
Lived here about 7 mos. It seems to be a good value for the money. Maintenance has been for the most part very responsive and pretty quick about helping me with anything a few times I've needed it. Amenities, are decent the pools are nice, the exercise/ workout room has been closed the whole time because of remodels, Also the office said the basketball hoops were removed for the winter, but still have not been put back long into the summer. Overall thiugha decent place
We enjoy living here
We have lived here 5 1/2 years and really enjoy our apartment and everything it offers. Most of all we love the floorplan we chose. It feels like a true home. The noise is pretty tame, other than an occasional noisy car and, of course emergency vehicles coming through occasionally. We love the character of our home's interior, along with a pair of decks; one on either side of our dwelling. The maintenance department is professional and goes 'above and beyond', handling any work orders to continually sprucing up the property, making it look welcoming for all of us living here. We would highly recommend The Ethans to anyone looking for a nice place to live and thrive.
Great place to park yourself for awhile.
I have been here for about a year. The unit interior is modernized (glass-top stove, stainless steel microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher), and the hard-paneled floor is very durable. Maintenance seems to be responsive. This place had to have been built around the 80s (the windows' thermal quality could stand some improvement). Neighbors are quiet and some are pleasant. The electric bill is average for an old complex. The monthly rent is tolerable and the staff is typical corporate. I love the pool, but there is no grill??? Oh well, I think I will stay here for another year.
