Life at The Ethans
My wife and I enjoy our 2 bedroom apartment, because it's not a 'cookie cutter' style. Instead, we feel like we're living in a small home, with neighbors only below us. The community is quiet for the most part and maintenance does their best to keep debris at a minimum. 'It takes a village' to get things done; so it's been nice when neighbors pick up after themselves and their pets. We would recommend others to move here too.
Great place, problems when we moved in
Had to submit quite a few maintenance requests and some are still waiting. We just moved in and had plenty of problems. Leaks, dryer is shot, dishwasher moldy. Great location and roomy apartment, staff are nice and accommodating just would like to have had no problems when we moved in
Move in
I just moved back here after 7 years and was pleasantly surprised at the improvement. Heather is doing a great job on correcting problems and seeing that maintenance is performing well. Terra and Caleb wete very helpful with the paperwork and process. Happy to be back.
Nice place but the management is a different animal.
Besides living in the back of a cemetery, the place is a nice back-of-the-woods complex. Yes, the housing is old but it is acceptable if you are willing to save a little on rent. Management is a whole different animal - rude, unresponsive, and distant. Maintenance personnel is improving a little. A very diversified bunch of tenants. If you like extra fees on your rent charge with a third-party computer contractor (Yardi), then this is your place.
