Rent per value high
Long time resident. Outside updated. New road for entrance into complex is better. New businesses building new buildings all around. Lots of growth in area. Inside apartment minimal maintenance. Will install new necessaries fix leaks replace garbage disposal. Needs new updates for kitchen, bathrooms especially kitchen sink and countertops. Current kitchen sink is so curved a glass will not stay up. Asking for new dining area fan light for three years. Bearings are bad in fan motor. Growls as it spins. Overall all nice area not as quiet as it used to be great location to all major attractions in down town, MCI, pro teams stadiums. Lot ofshort term people year maybe 2 or 3.
