Our place is well located near Capitol Hill about 5 min walk from the metro and 10 min walk from Eastern Market. The roof terrace provides great views of the city and nearby Anacostia River. Reserved parking is available in the garage or outside for a monthly fee. Our apartment is well illuminated with lots of windows and high ceilings, thus making the space feel more spacious. The amenities are nice, but on the smaller size. Staff are nice and maintenance is very responsive to requests. However, the management company seems to have quite a bit of turnover. The only drawback is the outside noise, being on Pennsylvania Ave, we do get some noise from traffic and emergency vehicles.

I've enjoy living in this community for the last several years and hopefully I can continue to do so. I can wait to see the end results of the remodeling that's taking place. This will be an awesome community to look forward to.
