I recommend this apartment building if you are looking to live in the Capitol Hill area, near vibrant H St district. The building is beautiful amd has great ammenities, Staff is great too. It has the best view to the all DC monuments. You will love this place!
Love the Stanton
I love living in the stanton. Its a very communty oriented apartment. We have amazing amenities and i love the small size. I think the rent is a little above market value but we currently are accepting of that because the amenties and pros outweigh the above average price.
GREAT FACILITY!
Anita Hunt-Good Morning! This building and staff are AWESOME! I was living at the Stanton building before the renovation and the managers have done a GREAT JOB in maintaining the facility as well as being very helpful about any issues that arise. I highly recommend living at this facility as you can't beat the location (On Capitol Hill, Roof Top Wading Pool, Workout Room, Conference Room, Storage Room, Mailboxes) and other amenities it has to offer. Please keep up the GREAT WORK!

Ideally, the pool should be open anytime throughout the day. However, access is restricted after 9:30 PM as if it was a school and there had to be control of kids in the area.
Dogs and Cats allowed. One time non refundable fee of $250. $50 monthly rent per pet. 2 pets maximum.
