Generally a nice place, quiet community, but the pool on the roof is simply too frickin cold to be used. It's ice water. It's there for aesthetics. You can't really use it.

I love living at the stanton. Ive lived in both a one bedroom and a studio. Everyone who works and live here is extremely nice. The location and amenities are wonderful. I do think the rent is a little bit above market value but I feel safe and enjoy the property and staff.

I LOVE THIS MANAGEMENT AND THEY ARE AWESOME! I AM A LEGACY TENANT SO I GO BACK WAY BEFORE THE RENOVATION. I WAS BORN AND RAISED IN WASHINGTON DC AND THE LOCATION IS WONDERFUL BEING BLESSED TO LIVE AT THIS PROPERTY! GOD SENT ME HERE! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Been at the Stanton for 3 years now and have been very happy with it. The maintenance staff is wondeful and we have had very few issues with out apartment, amentieis are great and the apartments are nice and quiet. Only complaint is that the concierage schedule can be unpredictable.
