Building is absolutely clean daily. Leasing office and concierge are professional and friendly. Building us quiet. The one thing I will like more enforcement when it comes to having a leash on your dogs. I see people in the building with bit bulls and other breed walking through the lobby with no leash. The overnight concierge is not visible not sure if he/she 8s sleeping in the back. . Maintenance take too long to fix things so far. But the building is very clean and quiet

I've been living at Archer Park for one year. My experience living here has been okay, it could be better. The best part about living here is the amenities. The free parking garage is nice, I just preferred bigger parking spaces, the trash chute is convenient, having your packages kept by front desk is nice and the washer and dryer in the unit is convenient as well. If the staff were different and professional then the property would be a lot better. Miss Ursula is a great employee. She's probably the only person there that actually does her job and more! I wouldn't recommend anyone to live there unless management changed!

I've lived here for about five years, going on for six years, and I've had no real serious issues. The staff is excellent, and maintenance comes promptly. It's shared living, so they try their best to get people to keep up with the property.

I enjoy living here at Archer Park. I appreciate the amenities that Archer Park has to offer as well. All of the staff are friendly and professional. Maintenance does a good job at cleaning and being prompt on tickets. My only issue/concern is my neighbor that's above me. The noise can be a bit much after 10pm. There's no courtesy. Other than that, I have no issues.
