Garden Village is a great opportunity for affordable housing. To make residents really feel dignified and empowered to live here and eventuakly rise above, they should have increased maintenance urgency and response to customers. The building should be painted too

This is a great location close to public transportation, grocery and quick need shopping. Great places for the kids to play or walk the dog.

The rental office staff is the best. The property manager Trena knows her job and is ready to solve any problem. Jessica is very helpful and has great customer service skills.
