    Enjoyed living here the first year but it had gone downhill. Some doors are not locked and there are no events anymore like Halloween or holiday parties so I'm not really sure what my amenity fee is going to since the only amenity is the pool which is only open for like 3 months anyways

    I have now been a resident for about 10.5 months & I absolutely love it here! Major upgrade from my last apartment in WLR that I stayed for 5 years, staff is great, area is nice, complex is quiet (I work from home, I’ve had no disruptions), convienent location in close proximity to grocery stores, resturants, gas stations, natural/scenic areas, & etc., the parking is very decent, & the apartments are nice! I couldn’t ask for much more, I see myself staying here for as long as I reside in Arkansas. Highly recommend to anyone looking for peaceful homey area!

    Beautiful, quiiet setting, as well as each of the 4 buildings. We have been here 8 months - still delighted with our apartment. The location is easy to get to many areas.

    From my first virtual tour to moving in, the staff at the Grafton have made my experience exceptional. Sierra was an incredible support throughout the process of deciding what apartment would be mine and coordinating movers. I would recommend the Grafton to anyone looking for a quiet place with beautiful amenities and an outstanding staff that goes above and beyond.
