Average
Have to tell Maintenance twice to do things. Otherwise staff is pleasant. Very quiet neighborhood. Only change out your washer and dryer when new tenant moves in.

Everyone is kind needs to be up dated for the rent we pay , but other than that its good !
Trash and big dogs
Trash is always all over the place. Trash bibs are over flowing with furniture. People have big dogs that they don’t pick up the dog poop. Fitness center is bever open on time. Pool is now open 9 to 6 plus it has a padlock on it. You have to go to the lobby (which is locked) to sign in. Maintenance is quick on repairs. Rent is reasonable. Main complaint trash and big dogs.
home sweet home
I lived here for about 3 yrs and LOVED it I left back in Oct. 21 to come to Minneapolis Mn. to be treated at the Mayo Clinic ... Needless to say Minneapolis was very dangerous and cold so Fair Park will once again be my home .. Very good people working there and for the most part it is like a little community that is good !! Its safe no crazy loud parties or fighting couples it just feel like home ..If you have a problem the office is fast to take care of it , so yes this is a great place to live and call home . Close to everything you need .. you should come check it out for yourself its a great place to call home .
