A great living experience
Just moved into the Promenade Apartments. Monica and Ashley were very helpful and responsive and made the move in process easy and smooth. Well maintained, good, clean apartments. Excellent location- close to Rogers downtown and Bentonville and XNA airport. I49 is also easily accessible.

Life at Promenade
I have lived at promenade for almost a month and it has been a great experience thus far. The community is clean and safe and i feel comfortavle walking at night alone. Everything is well maintained and the staff are so nice and friendly. I have loved living here so far!

Great Place to Live
New comer to Bentonville and this place is great from a convenience perspective. Good facilities including Gym and Pool that's very much accessible at any time. Staff is very friendly and helpful when you have questions.
