In Desperate Need of Upgrades

They're steadily increasing the rent but making no upgrades to the apartments. The units are very outdated. The grounds aren't well kept. The amenities are sad at the gym.

Litter everywhere

Worst thing, to find the #1 big thing is the litter. Curbing that the grounds could be better kept and the staff won't help over half the time.

Not the worst place to live but not the best. Apartments are out dated and there seems to be trash all over the parking lot and throughout the complex. Not managements fault just wish people were a bit more respectful and threw their trash away.
