My tenancy here

Good so far. There is a lot of tenants junk laying around a few buildings. Needs to be removed..tires...car parts...junk..unused...toys.

Hopeful future

This is my home. It was the best place to live with all the best amenities, and it was a wonderful neighborhood when I first moved in in 2008. It's not been so good for the last few years,or Since LaKaren left this community. Tenants have suffered poor management and unfair practices, neglect of policy, and bad community relations for the residents. For example, I won't and don't even go into the office for anything anymore. I've lived here nearly 15 years and I have never felt so reclusive that I did not or would not even go outside. I don't even want to check my mail, let alone use the amenities, or the office for anything. I am hoping to be able to feel comfortable enough this year to make use of the pool once again, and the gym fitness equipment this year as it's really necessary for me for good physical health reasons. I really hope the atmosphere changes for the better soon in order for all tenants to be able to have all the same access for all the amenities we sign a lease that includes access to these amenities by all residents. Not just management.! I know you'll never get another LaKaren,, but I hope Someone just as good can breath hope back into this community and make it a little more inclusive for all lease holding residents of the community.
