Highly Recommend

I have now been a resident for about 10.5 months & I absolutely love it here! Major upgrade from my last apartment in WLR that I stayed for 5 years, staff is great, area is nice, complex is quiet (I work from home, I’ve had no disruptions), convienent location in close proximity to grocery stores, resturants, gas stations, natural/scenic areas, & etc., the parking is very decent, & the apartments are nice! I couldn’t ask for much more, I see myself staying here for as long as I reside in Arkansas. Highly recommend to anyone looking for peaceful homey area!

Constantly getting the same thing fixed

Good But the noise is unbearable sometimes the trash can get a bit out of control where as when you coming to the apartment complex the first thing you see is TRASH!!!Also I have to REPEATEDLY put in orders for the same Thing that’s not working in the Apartment they come supposedly fix it less than a month or so it’s messed up again That’s Ridiculous
