This is a very quiet, nice, affordable, clean place to live. Cashmere and the gang in the office ade always so kind. They get mainteance issues resolved very quicky unlike other places ive lived. Thank you guys for being so amazing and making this such a pleasant place to live. If no one else appreciates you guys, I do. ~ Kathy

Oh well.
I spent over a year writing, emails, and calls to management about after hour contract noise violations and police calls to assist. Nothing was done by management. The trash collection is horrific. The mailboxes can't be identified. I pay to see the golf course and backside water...I can not see anything but trees and grass, but I pay for this amenity. Poor lighting at night. The pool was not clean and only one way in that might be slick. Gate is broken to our gated community. Can not locate officers at night. Price just went up. You have to pay another deposit/application fee to ask for another apartment. Access to highway is great. The front desk staff have been kind.
