Nothing like the pictures
The pictures of the outside of the units are VERY stylized and only represent a very very small portion of the grounds. For the most part it so unattractive and it looks like a prison. The units are not ALL updated. Definitely come visit first in person. It is all misleading online. There is a reason there are so many empty townhomes. For that price point or maybe just a tad bit more you can get actual luxury. Nothing useful w/i walking distance. Hillcrest is a great area, this does not represent the reputation of the name Hillcrest.

I have resided here for 5years and love the area. On a mass transit line and in walking distance to the post office and grocery store. And feeling secure sitting outside without worrying about interacting with un-necessary drama. I love it here

the office will not accept my packages, i have a leaking hole in my ceiling for 3 months, my door is a pos, my disposal is broken, sink drains poorly, and my dishwasher isn't draining.
