We welcome cats and dogs (no weight limit) with a $500.00 pet deposit ($300.00 of which is non-refundable) in addition to $20.00 a month in pet rent. We have a small breed restriction list but we will consider your dog if you bring them in to meet us! Great Place to Live

Love it here! Everyone has been super nice and neighborly short of just a few cranky individuals here and there. The staff has been very accomodating due to covid and setbacks due to health among other things. Couldn't be happier or have a better group of people to live around and with.

MY APARTMENT

I was not allowed to see the apartment prior to renting. I am very disappointed with the apartment. It is very small and the layout is poor. The shower is hard to get in and out off and the shower head is only at about 5ft 6in in high and I'm 6-2. The 13 stairs to get into the apartment are difficult, especially in this winter and my view is a brick wall. NOT VERY HAPPY!

Good value for Area

Good: It is a good value for the location. Most single-bedroom apartments closer to U of A campus are at least 1000 / month, whereas here mine is under 800/month, and campus is only about 15 minutes away, sometimes less if there's no traffic. There's a Walmart just a mile up the hill which is very nice, and I think its less than 10 minutes to the Fayetteville mall / general box store shopping area. The area feels safe, and I've never seen anyone creepy around my building. In-unit washer and dryer is one of the best things ever. Also, the buildings themselves are not super ugly boxes, it looks like the architects actually tried a little bit. Bad: Winter highway noise is a thing. Not too loud at my building, but it is noticeable. Also, my apartment is next to all the air conditioning units and some yahoo still has their air on despite it being 40 degrees out. Again, not too loud, but it is noticeable. Parking is annoying- they put too much covered parking (that you have to pay for) in front of my building so I usually can't find an uncovered (free) spot in front of my building. Dang ol' apartment people trying to scam me out of all my shekels- but it ain't gonna work. Also, charging an upfront cat fee + monthly cat fee is straight-up extortion, but everywhere does that so what can you do. It should be one or the other, because how much damage is a cat really going to do, fam? Other- Can't really speak to the amenities because everything is closed due to Covid. Haven't needed anything repaired, so I don't know how they are about maintenance either.
