The Woods at Johnson Mill Apartments believes that pet-friendly apartments are an important part of life, which is why we have policies to accommodate pet ownership. We welcome cats and dogs (no weight limit) with a $500.00 pet fee (that covers up to two pets) in addition to $20.00 a month per pet in pet rent. We do have a breed restriction list. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call during our normal business hours to ask about our pet policies. Two pets max per apartment.

Husband and I have been here for 5 years. Maintenance staff has improved since Dimtri left. Jeremy is an incredible manager, Ryan is impeccable at maintenance and they both deserve a raise with how much thought and hard work they put into the residents, the complex and block group. I have 1 major complaint; the squealing pipes have been going on for about a year (at the very least). Every time our upstairs neighbor runs the shower, the pipes make a loud high-pitched squeal. Maintenance have done what they can, Jeremy (as far as I know) has done what he can to fix the problem. The problem lies with block multi group who have yet to take this seriously, especially when considering our rent keeps going up. Anybody affected by this massive daily inconvenience should have their rent discounted until it's been handled, not the opposite. Other than this, everything else has been wonderful.
