Lovely

Love living here! Wish the 1 br rates were a little lower, however comparatively the 2br rates are reasonably priced. There are renters with cars that are very loud however and the parking is hit or miss. Wouldnt mind introducing a parking pass system. Some people also park in handicap spots which is rough. Hallways have been a little rough as of late, they only vaccum but there are wall stains and sticky residues on steps. The staff is amazing in the office and are always helpful when I need assistance. The gym auto locking at 11pm should be lifted. It would be a great benefit to have 24 hour access to the gym to accommodate everyones schedules. Also, the mailboxes are located quite far from the buildings b and c. Nothing crazy to note hear just honest review. Love living here and love everyone that works in the community!

Slightly satisfied

It is VERY hard to get in contact with staff. I call, send emails, texts, go to the office, and 9 times out of 10 I cant get ahold of anyone. The people who live above me make it nearly impossible to sleep because they are SO LOUD. Maitenance is the only thing I can say is good, the workers are very friendly and helpful, and they fix any issues I have quickly. For as much as I pay to live here, you think things would be better.
