I’ve lived here since the doors first opened—about five years now. Overall, my experience started off great when Orchard was managing the property, but things have felt rocky since the management change. Here are a few specific concerns I’ve noticed: Pricing: For a location that’s so far off the beaten path, the rent increases feel excessive given how little has been added or improved. Pet Policy: Many residents with dogs don’t clean up after them, and there doesn’t seem to be any enforcement. Yet, smaller issues—like having an extra chair on my patio—are called out. Inspections: Inspections often happen without proper notice, leaving little time to prepare. The frequency and surprise nature of these feel invasive and unnecessary. Parking: It’s very difficult to find parking near my building. It would be helpful to have designated guest parking to free up more resident spots. Maintenance: The maintenance team is responsive, which I appreciate, but solutions are sometimes temporary. For example, when our refrigerator ice maker broke, we were given a countertop ice maker that has already stopped working. A full fridge replacement would be a better long-term solution. Groundskeeping: The lawn care team seems to focus on less important areas. I’d love to see more attention and investment in overall community upkeep instead. I genuinely want to see this community thrive and improve—it’s been home for a long time, and I hope some of these issues can be addressed to make it better for everyone.

I've only lived here for a week, and I feel like I'm home. My apartment is so spacious with a lot of storage. The cabinet space in the kitchen is amazing. Also, I feel very safe.

I love living here. The staff is very kind and accommodating, parking has never been an issue, the place was clean upon move in, and maintenance is prompt. Great for the price and in a good location.

Love living here and the neighborhood. Just walls are super thin and if you don't have some sound in your apartment I feel like you can hear everything which working overnights is a struggle with that
