Love this neighborhood
Love living here and the neighborhood. Just walls are super thin and if you don't have some sound in your apartment I feel like you can hear everything which working overnights is a struggle with that
Highland Park: Nearly Perfect
I've lived here for three and a half years, ever since this complex first opened. This place has almost everything you could want: A pool, a dog park, a playground for kids, a pavilion with grills, a decent gym, a great community house and wonderful staff! Rent has been on the rise in recent years, but in manageable intervals. Still a fantastic value complex. Honestly the only bad thing I can say about this place is that there is no covered parking, meaning your vehicle will be subject to the will of the weather.

My husband and I have been residents at Highland Park for the last two years and we absolutely love it! Would highly recommend to anyone looking in the Springdale/Tontitown area!

I love living here! The apartments themselves are really well built with beautiful and sturdy features, and the grounds are kept in such great condition. Even better though is the community, everyone is so kind and the neighbors that I have met have been great. It truly feels like a community and not just an apartment, I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new place to live.
