Maintenance is great! Nothing to complain about except for the parking. It is not good, getting worse, and nothing is done about it.

Decent place for apts & townhomes
Overall it’s ok place to live. High cost and the reason given is extra amenities like keyless entry. However, keyless entry stopped working for a majority of the residents and when a maintenance request was put in, their excuse was that the company went under and is not around anymore. Yet we still pay an extra $50 a month for that service. Which after 7 months of it not working and us still paying, when we ask when it willl be fixed, changed for another company with keyless entry, or remove the charge all together since we receive only a small portion of those services, their answer is ???????.
