I glad there's no assign parking makes it easy to park. when there's a maintenance issue they take of it right .There is two things I wish they change one is should be able to have 24 /7 access to the gym some people work various hours it would be nice to go gym every you like. second is the gate security are not always on time to open up the gate in mornings. I wish they install permanent gates with code to enter the apartments other then that everything be great!
Anonymous on Apr 1, 2024I have lived here for 5 1/2 years. The sound-proofing is outstanding. The rooms are spacious enough to accommodate comfortable furniture. The appliances, especially the full-size washer & dryer in each apartment is a major plus. My neighbors are friendly without being nosy or noisy. I have always felt perfectly safe in my apartment and on the grounds.

All neighbors are friendly and show respect for each other. The neighbors who have animals picked up after them, and are very courteous when you are walking or riding around the complex

Maintenance comes and fixes things quickly and amenities are great but the price of the apartments outweigh the benefits for me.

We've put in multiple requests for it to be serviced. Each time we receive a band aid or another old, but new to us, dryer is brought in. Understood that appliances are hard to come by right now, but it's time for a NEW dryer...

When he fixes something it's fixed not fixed until it breaks again. I have realized that there is a ton of turnover and it's nice to know that current tenants issues are being addressed first Again, thank you for hiring him!

The staff is amazing ~ totally amazing! Organized, communicative, professional, responsive ~ they go out of their way to make events and daily life enjoyable, fun and pleasant for the residents. The building is impeccably clean and well maintained. The maintenance department is incredible! The amenities leave nothing to be desired. Everything you need to live comfortably is here. Harbor Heights offers a complete fitness room, upscale and comfortable common areas for socializing or relaxing, an internet care area, secure parking, secure building, game room and library, The bonus is the sky terrace, a huge beautiful outdoor terrace overlooking Budd Bay and the City, well-appointed with tables, chairs, umbrellas, lounge furniture, barbecues and fire pits. You will meet friends at Harbor Heights and find activities for every interest. Harbor Heights is the ideal residence for those of us that are 55+.

Then dealing with the traffic noise if I sit in my back yard. I understand you have no control with that. But the huge pine trees has caused me to have allergies now.

It is usually very quiet and never any drama. The grounds are kept well with weekly mowing. Upkeep for other winter months is great as well. It is always a pleasure to communicate with the management as they are always there to help solve even the smallest problem. They are very conciencious and always have a smile. Couldn't be happier.

The dog park is a great feature but must be maintained more, and noisy upstairs neighbors were a problem. However, the location is great and quite quiet too. In addition, the maintenance crew and lawn Care people have improved substantially since we first arrived. The staff is pleasent and kind, as well.
