We have lived here since June of 22, and overall the experience has been positive but mixed. The dog park is a great feature but must be maintained more, and noisy upstairs neighbors were a problem. However, the location is great and quite quiet too. In addition, the maintenance crew and lawn Care people have improved substantially since we first arrived. The staff is pleasent and kind, as well.
